Did you get it fixed? My pain cycle is spinning very fast. I may have a similar issue.

You forgot to point out you need to detach the wire connection to the button, on the left side, that closes the rear door BEFORE you pull the cover all the way down/off. It's also a bit tricky to reconnect, balance, and pop that covers many plastic tabs back into position after that. A second set of hands would be really helpful.

The old anode rod was in great shape. Plenty of life left in it for more years. Sadly, the way Bradford White does it, theres no standalone anode rod with hex head for socket/impact gun removal and inspection. In that case you could have just put the old rod back in without having to purchase a new rod (which are never cheap) that wasnt needed. But with the Bradford, once you unscrew the anode rod to inspect the rod, the nipple threads get ruined. So one is forced to have the new anode on hand even when the old rod is still good. I just got a new Bradford White this past week. Love the hot water heater but not a fan of their anode rod setup. 😖

To clear the "Oil Change Required" message and reset the oil life meter, follow these steps: 1. From the main menu on the LCD screen, choose the "Settings" option. 2. Choose the "Vehicle" option. 3. Scroll to the "Oil Life Reset" option. 4. Press and hold the "OK" button until the message "Reset Successful" is displayed. 5. The oil life meter on the instrument cluster should now read "Remaining Life 100%". If you do a lot of towing, off-road driving, mountain driving or live in an extremely hot or cold climate, the oil change required message will appear more frequently than the standard 7,500 to 10,000 mile interval or anywhere from 3,000 to 7,500 miles.
